Cause Jack ain't dead. (As much as some people think superheroes are alive, they're not, really.) Oh, when Jack's gone for 10 years...And other countries DO allow for living persons to have stamps. Besides the queen of England, I know I've seen a Michael Jackson stamp from somewhere.So you should find a country that allows living people to be on a stamp and start a campaign.
